WELLNESS HEALTH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION COURSE

The course Wellness Health Physical Activity Instructor is a part of the program Wellness Health Personal Trainer and Wellness Life Coach  but you can also take it as a separate course. The course is meant for people who want to live a healthy lifestyle and promote it professionally to others, and especially for those who are interested in physical activity.

Wellness health physical activity instructor has the knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. They know the consequences of lack of movement activity and know the rules of performing wellness physical activity. They are able to select a recommended type of activity matching patient’s needs and limitations. They know first aid rules in case of an injury, and know how to prevent it.

A wellness activity instructor carries out physical activity classes based on moderate physical exertion and teaches how everyday movement activity, relaxing exercises and corrective gymnastics, as well as other forms of physical activity, such as: Wellness walking, Nordic walking, jogging, swimming and aqua aerobics, Pilates, basic strength and fitness training improve one’s health and immunize them from chronic diseases. They foster healthy lifestyle through promoting active recreation and reduction of time without physical activity.
