  1. Proper nutrition.
  2. Physical activity.
  3. Getting rid of addictions and bad habits.
  4. Leading healthy life routine style consisting of:
    – regular day plan including:
    • proper sleep,
    • 5 meals every ca. 3-hours,
    • personal hygiene and taking care of the appearance,
    • everyday physical activity,

    – health screening,
    – safe sex,
    – environmental hygiene.
