WELLNESS HEALTH PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELOR CERTIFICATION COURSE

The course is meant for people who want to live a healthy lifestyle and promote it professionally to others, and especially for those who are interested in the influence of psyche on health.
After studying and passing the exam, regardless of your subsequent educational path, you can receive the Wellness Health Psychological Counselor certificate.
Wellness Health Psychological Counselor has the basic knowledge on psychology, psychotherapy, psychodietetics. They know the mechanisms responsible for changing one’s habits, methods of coping with stress, methods of psychological impact. They can analyze nutritional and widely understood lifestyle problems. They recognize the patient’s needs and finds individual motivation techniques.
Wellness Health Psychological Counselor is a person who helps others introduce lifestyle changes in accordance with the Wellness Philosophy. Wellness Health Psychological Counselors show how the psyche influences health and eating habits. They teach how to cope with stress.
They motivate and sustain the motivation. They help analyze results of change introduction and identify obstacles which hinder the changes. They teach positive patterns and foster positive habits.
While talking to the patient, Wellness Psychological Counselor uses the following techniques: Psychoeducation, skills training, cognitive-behavioral intervention, exercises and homework.
