- Leading healthy life routine style consisting of:
– regular day plan including:
- proper sleep,
- 5 meals every ca. 3-hours,
- personal hygiene and taking care of the appearance,
- everyday physical activity,
– health screening,
– safe sex,
– environmental hygiene.
